Customer Satisfaction Survey 2011

Energy & Utility Skills (EU Skills) is currently undertaking its seventh annual Customer Satisfaction Survey, which is being carried out by BMG Research and will interview approximately 500 of our key contacts during November and December.

The overall purpose of the survey is to review satisfaction levels and to see how Energy & Utility Skills can offer an improved level of service and products going forward.
