Letter from EU Skills' Chief Executive on a finding solution to learning provision in Scotland

Neil Robertson, Chief Executive of the Energy & Utility Skills (EU Skills) Group has written a letter to all energy and utilities employers in Scotland in relation to finding a solution to learning provision in Scotland.

The letter is in response to concerns from employers, that qualifications and Modern Apprenticeship frameworks in Scotland are taking longer than is acceptable to become available, and learners in Scotland are often out of line with provision in the remainder of the UK.
