Workforce Planning Model
The Workforce Planning Model enables organisations to understand and quantify workforce levers and to understand how and when they will replace them. By aggregating company data, forecast data of skills challenges and investment can be determined for the next 15 years. EU Skills Members will receive access to recruitment and scenario planning and reporting functionality.

Energy & Utility Skills Register Membership Benefits
The Energy & Utility Skills Register (EUSR) provides a range of services for Members which includes Passport schemes, Company schemes, Industry Skills schemes such as PLUS and Recognition of Learning Programmes giving employers assurance of quality training. Additional Funded Projects
EU Skills delivers many independently funded projects such as Women and Work, Renewable Energy Skills Strategy and externally funded research. Through Membership, employers, training providers and stakeholders benefit from these additionally funded
project opportunities. In 2009/10 EU Skills bid and secured over £2 million for relevant funded projects.

Web Benefits
The EU Skills website is a rich source of information for all the industries we represent. As a Member, you will have the opportunity to display your company details, with links to your own website, on both the EU Skills corporate website and the careers area of the website.

Strategic Members have an additional dedicated web page to promote corporate information as well as the opportunity to provide EU Skills with company case studies.

In addition, Members are provided with a Membership Certificate and have access to the EU Skills Membership logo which can be downloaded and put onto any print and stationery required.
