Energy & Utility Skills

This module has been developed by Energy & Utility Skills and the Environmental Services Association (ESA), and is based around a typical day in the life of an operative on a Civic Amenity Site.

You will be taken on a journey from your arrival on site in the morning, to closure at the end of the day. Your journey will include dealing with the general public as well as the many potential hazards facing you, and this package will guide you through the safe ways to work.
