Energy & Utility Skills

This module has been developed by Energy & Utility Skills and the Environmental Services Association (ESA) and is based upon a day in the life of a collection operative.

The programme takes the learner on a journey from the depot, onto the streets, to the disposal point, and back to the depot, highlighting the possible hazards they may face along the way.
