Quality Manager

Contract: Co-located/Solihull (a minimum of 2 days in the office per week)

Salary: £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the role:

Energy & Environment Awards (EEA) are looking for a talented Quality Manager to join our team at an exciting stage of growth. In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving quality, fostering innovation, and strengthening organisational standards as we continue to expand and deliver excellence to the UK’s energy and utilities industries.

Reporting to the Operations Manager and working alongside an experienced Quality Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining regulatory compliance across EEA’s regulated qualifications, apprenticeship programmes, and end point assessments. Additionally, the role will lead the recruitment and onboarding of our large and growing network of associates and subject matter experts, including assessors, Internal Quality Assurers (IQAs) and External Quality Assurers (EQA), ensuring their training, initial standardisation, and on-going performance management.

To succeed in this role, you’ll ideally bring experience from an awarding organisation or a training provider delivering regulated qualifications, along with a solid  grounding in assessment, quality assurance, and an excellent understanding of the Conditions of Recognition.

Project Manager

The Project Manager will play a key role in planning and managing the delivery of projects, working with colleagues, customers and partners to ensure successful project delivery and impact that delivers and supports the Research, Attract, Develop and Retain pillars of our 2025-30 Skills Strategy.

The Project Manager will be involved in all aspects of projects including day-to-day management and managing the six aspects of a project; scope, schedule, finance, risk, quality and resources.

Independent End-Point Assessor

We are looking for experienced Independent End-Point Assessors to support our Energy & Utilities Independent Assessment Service (EUIAS) deliver the Level 3 Gas Network Craftsperson Apprenticeship, on a freelance basis, across the following pathways:

  • Network maintenance Craftsperson (Electrical & Instrumentation)
  • Network Maintenance Craftsperson (Pressure Management)
  • Network Pipelines Maintenance Craftsperson
  • Emergency Response Craftsperson

We are specifically interested in hearing from candidates who are occupationally competent within the Electrical & Instrumentation and Emergency Response pathways.
