We are delighted to have achieved the Investors in People Gold accreditation in 2018. This is a great progression for us, having previously received Silver in 2015. This achievement recognises our commitment to making Energy & Utility Skills a great place to work, a quality that was echoed by employees in their responses to the survey and Investors in People interviews.
Our Gold accreditation is certified until 2021 and awarded to the top two percentiles of all organisations assessed.
