Last year we made the decision to remove ‘regions’ from the Scheme Search on the EUSR website. This decision was taken following feedback from individuals and organisations who used the search to locate trainers in their area. However, despite some trainers stating they offer training in ALL regions, this was not the case and this caused frustration amongst end users.
We will be updating our website in 2020 to include a more accurate trainer search with the option to filter your search by region. Until then we are putting a temporary solution in place to help the EUSR support team when individuals or organisations contact us looking for a trainer in a specific region. We will also be including this information on the relevant Passport scheme pages.
We have emailed all approved trainers asking them to notify us which regions (up to a maximum of three) they wish their details to be displayed against on our website:
