Amending Details within a Batch
It is already possible to amend the Purchase Order Number field within a Batch you have created but not yet submitted, and with effect from 7 November, you will also be able to amend the following fields:
Batch Start Date (the date the EUSR registration should be effective from)
Provider Reference (free flow text field)
Trainer (for Passport schemes only – Note: only names for Approved Trainers ‘linked’ to your centre appear in the drop-down box)
Delivery Site (address where you want EUSR ID cards delivered – Note: only addresses added by a Lead Administrator or Administrator will appear in the drop-down box. New addresses can be added in Centre Management>Amend Sites)
Batch description (free flow text field)
You will still need to contact EUSR Support if you need to delete the Batch or amend a name or Date of Birth.
To make changes you will need to select Batch Actions>Your Batches then select the relevant Batch. When the Batch is open, select Learner Registrations>Submit Additional Individual Registrations. You will then be able to amend the fields.
