The cost to sign up to the Procurement Skills Accord is dependent on whether an organisation joins as a ‘Partner’ or ‘Supplier’.
A “Partner” is an organisation that has a labour-based supplier chain that works on the energy and utilities assets (suppliers of equipment-only services or who provide “non-technical” labour services (such as IT and marketing) are not included in this definition)
A “Supplier” is an organisation that has no such supply chain

*Please note – sign up through the Supplier route is only open to organisations who do not have a labour-based supply chain working in technical/operational roles in the energy and utility sector. This is subject to Energy & Utility Skills’ approval.
