Help Shape our Sector National Occupation Standards and Scottish Qualifications 2019

This article has been provided for trainers and administrators as we have realised that photos and evidence are been incorrectly uploaded onto QuartzWeb Registration System. When the administration is done incorrectly and not processed onto the actual batch you created, this would cause problems with your own EUSR ID. You could be actually changing the picture on your profile to the last picture or document you uploaded and therefore the register search shows this last picture you uploaded onto QuartzWeb.

You must only upload pictures into QuartzWeb from finding the actual batch. This can be done by logging in to QuartzWeb, going to Batch Actions area then finding the correct batch by using the search. Finally the batch number is displayed in a box, you would select this number (it acts as a link), then wait for it load and you then need to find the is the individuals via individual registrations table with the trainees names in the box.  It is the actions area where you would upload photos or other evidence by using the correct dropdown sections on the selection areas.

Do not upload any photo or document through the batch document section of the batch either. This area is only to be used to download the questions and answer sheet for the batch booked, failure to upload documents or photos as instructed would cause issues on your EUSR ID photo.

You must not scan and upload any of the below listed documents onto QuartzWeb for any of the SHEA or National Water Hygiene Schemes  (These must be kept in your own filing or computer system);

  • BATCH FORMS
  • INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATIONS FORMS
  • NWH HEALTH QUESTIONAIRE
  • ANSWER SHEETS

Or any other documents associated with the batch.

If you are unsure how to upload a photo, please do the following;

  1. Look at the user guide on our website in the support and FAQ section
  2. Use the online videos on our website in the support and FAQ section
  3. If you are still unsure please call EUSR who will be happy to assist you and explain what you need to do.

This is important as it may cause delays in processing and incorrect cards being issued!
