Lynne Graham

Lynne is a highly experienced and commercial Executive Director. As People Director at Thames Water, the largest water and wastewater utility in the UK, she created an ambitious 15-year skill strategy with significant investment in engineering, science and digital capability to deliver business transformation.
Lynne has been a key supporter of the Workforce Renewal and Skills Strategy and chaired the sector’s Diversity & Inclusion Strategy Group for over three years.
Prior to Thames Water, Lynne held HR Director positions at Yodel (logistics), Westbury Street Holdings (hospitality), British Gas (energy) and Eurostar (rail). Passionate about providing opportunities for learning and development, in all the businesses she has worked for she has significantly increased investment in technical skills and improved workforce diversity.
She was a NED at an NHS Foundation Trust and is an Independent Trustee Director at London Design & Engineering University Technical College.
