Tracey is currently working with Ofgem through the RIIO-2 price control as Chair, Independent User Group, Scottish and Southern Electricity Transmission and Chair, Independent Customer Engagement Group, Scottish and Southern Electricity Distribution Network. Her role works alongside the businesses while they build their RIIO-2 business plans and providing an independent assessment of the business plans that will be used to inform the regulatory determination.
Tracey was until recently, a non-executive director and deputy chair with the Office of Rail and Road regulation (ORR). Her key achievements include the bringing together major FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 listed organisations, to form a consortium/joint venture that delivered Scottish Water’s £2.3bn capital infrastructure programme, endorsed by Scottish Government. As a member of United Utilities plc Business Development Board, achieved 60% turnover and 32% profitability increases through new contract awards value £4.5bn and contract re-awards value.
