Determining Competence Training (November) Copy Copy

This programme enables technically competent people  to understand the concepts of assessment, the rules around evidence gathering and what constitutes good practice in assessing competence in the workplace. There is a substantial element of training people to be strong witnesses to add capacity into the evidence management of assessment.

The course, delivered by Creo Skills on behalf of the Energy & Utilities Independent Assessment Service (EUIAS), is specifically for technical experts who will undertake end point assessment activities on behalf of the EUIAS. These individuals will either not hold an assessor qualification, need a refresher, or need a full insight into determining competence.
