Smart Metering Referencing Scheme

The Smart Metering Referencing Scheme is operated by supplier Appointed Meter Operators (AMO) who have the responsibility of maintaining a supplier's meter installations. Its purpose is to protect against individuals who move between AMOs without declaring their full work history.
