As part of our continuous review and improvement of our quality processes, policies and documentation, we are introducing a new Provider Agreement.
This new agreement is for all approved providers, existing and new, and lays out responsibilities for both of us in a straightforward and transparent way. The agreement is quite generic and isn’t specific to any scheme or programme. All providers delivering our skills-based schemes or an endorsed training programme will be required to sign one.
