The Network Awards recognises individuals and organisations who have demonstrated exceptional performance in the energy networks space. Now in its second year, the Network Awards are back with 15 categories, recognising network operators, the supply chain, contractors and local authorities who are involved in shaping the energy system.
The awards honour the amazing people, teams, projects and innovations that have helped shape the energy industry. The ceremony will take place on Tuesday 17th March 2020, at The Birmingham Metropole Hotel, NEC.
Facilitated by the Energy & Utilities Skills Partnership, Energy & Utilities Jobs originated from the Energy & Utilities Workforce Renewal and Skills Strategy:2020. In 2017, the sector created three key strategic priorities, the first of these being ‘Sector Attractiveness and Recruitment – to Increase our Future Talent Pool’. The project was founded by the sector for the sector.
Energy & Utilities Jobs is now THE platform to find a job opportunity in the energy and utilities sector.
The initiative is a collaboration of 25 leading power, gas, water and waste companies committed to raising the profile, visibility, and reputation of the sector, demonstrating why the sector is an attractive place to work. The project works to raise awareness of the sector and showcase the diverse roles available.
The jobs advertised on the platform include entry level, apprenticeships, graduate and professional roles across all disciplines and nationwide. Roles range from HR to Cyber Security and Finance to Pipe Fitters.
Energy & Utilities Jobs is working at the forefront of the sector to attract passionate people from diverse backgrounds to help the sector hit its Net Zero Carbon targets.
